PRODUCT LIABILITY
The Firm has been involved in Product Liability and Warranty litigation dealing with Aircraft and their Component Parts, Motor Vehicles, Water Craft, Heavy Equipment, Medical Products and Devices, Industrial Machinery and other products.

PREMISES LIABILITY
The Firm has experience in a broad range of issues in this area including Basic Negligence Claims, Liquor Liability Issues, Toxic Mold Claims, Third Party Criminal Acts and Related Security Issues, False Imprisonment and Malicious Prosecution claims.

COMMERCIAL AND EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION
