ACCOUNTING AND BILLING

  The Firm's billing procedures are conservative, timely and organized. A computerized billing system has been customized to allow timely accounting  summaries of fees and costs on each file. The preparation of bills, accounts and billing statements are not charged to the client.

 Additionally, legal research access fees, incidental photocopying, local and long distance telephone charges, cellular phone charges, fax charges, local parking and mileage, and administrative costs are not charged to the client.  These are expenses that are included as part of the services of the Firm
